I keep a small number of sessions each week so every client gets real attention — which means a held slot is one I'm not offering to someone else. The policy below keeps that fair for everyone, while always leaving room for life to happen.

Single sessions
Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice — full refund, or move to a new time at no cost, your choice. With 24–48 hours' notice, you can take a half refund or reschedule at no cost. Inside 24 hours, including no-shows, the session isn't refundable and can't be rescheduled.

The Confidence Package (3 sessions)
Paid in full at booking. If you need to stop partway through, sessions already delivered are charged at the standard $120 rate and the balance is refunded — so after Session 1, $220 is refunded; after Session 2, $100.

The Big Day Prep
Given the preparation involved, the first session is valued at $250. If you cancel before the second session, $150 is refunded.

If you miss a session without notice
Missed sessions are treated as a late cancellation inside 24 hours — the fee stands and the slot isn't rescheduled. However, if something genuinely got in the way, get in touch.

How to change a booking
Just use the link in your confirmation email, or reply to it and I'll sort it out. The earlier you let me know, the easier it is to offer your slot to someone else.

Corporate & Team Bookings
Corporate workshops hold a full day (or half day) in the calendar exclusively for your team, so a bit more lead time applies than for individual sessions.

Deposit & payment
50% is due on confirmation to secure your date(s), with the balance due on completion of the workshop (or the final workshop, for multi-part programmes).

Rescheduling
Happy to move a confirmed date with at least two weeks' notice, at no cost, subject to availability.

Cancellation
The deposit reflects the date being held exclusively for your team and isn't refundable once confirmed. Cancelling with less than two weeks' notice means the balance is still payable, in recognition of the preparation already completed.

Multi-workshop programmes
Each workshop date in a programme follows these terms individually, so moving one date doesn't affect the others.
